"I recently moved to St Louis and I miss my apartment here so much!! The value of the townhome is unmatched in my opinion. I know the management has changed up a bit throughout my time there but the new manager is really great! She cares a ton and I know she will be awesome for the community."

"Terrible service and information, my girlfriend applied for an apartment with specifications according to what they showed available, and after paying and being approved we were surprised that they assigned us the apartment they wanted without a balcony and a bathroom for the disabled, As if that were not enough, they do not accept their mistake and we had to lose money and time due to their negligence. I wouldn't recommend them at all."

"Contact Jonathan at Union Berkley and join the fun group of residents before all the upscale apartments are gone! This is the up and coming and going area in KC!"

"The building is next to some train tracks which can be incredibly loud. Tons of construction in the area which is also very loud and annoying. There's already a huge problem with crime and theft and living right next to a stadium is going to make it even worse. Tons of air pollution from north of the river, it smells really bad and even makes my lungs burn a bit after running outside some mornings. The ceilings are really thin so we hear our upstairs neighbors constantly. The building overall is just pretty low quality, they care more about making it look nice rather than things actually working. In the time we've been living here we've had 2 leaks in our unit and the lobby of our building has flooded. If you do decide to renew your lease they'll raise your rent by a minimum of 200 dollars so it doesn't make sense to live here long term. PortKC owns the area and they're just so disconnected from the community, it could be a really nice area but they're over developing it and ruining it. I really liked the riverfront but honestly I can't wait for my lease to expire now so I can get out. Also you'll notice that most of the positive reviews on here are from people who only got a tour or don't actually live here."
