"I would never recommend this company. They damaged my furniture then the owner said he'd come out to make it right. A month later when I asked who their insured by he got defensive and said we put his crew in jeopardy and we tried to scam another company in which I've never even heard of. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I also referred my parents to them prior to our move so they made $1500 from them and I paid $1700 and they couldn't even fix some scuffs on my couch. They didn't use door runners at the old house like they were supposed to. I would highly recommend checking out other companies in order to not to get scammed and over charged like we were."

"Larry and Zach were great!!! They arrived on time and moved a 300lb treadmill with ease across town to the new place along with furniture there that needed to be taken downstairs from the garage. Everything was done efficiently and carefully being considerate of the walls and items being moved. I'll never use another moving company again!! They have my business for life!!"

"Our house was destroyed by water damage. Larry and his team were able to navigate the mess and still get everything moved without issue. They were quick and efficient, and took great care with everything they touched. Hoping not to move again for a long time, but if I had to I'd definitely call Larry again!"

"I utilized this company back in April. I wasn’t going to write a review but I’m still incredibly bothered by the lack of professionalism in my movers. I recently moved again this month and used a different local company and they were amazing. My first problem with this company was that the two brothers were late. They literally didn’t come with any tools. They asked my neighbors to borrow theirs. Super unprofessional. When booking I specifically asked for them to take apart and put my furniture back together. One of the brothers left to buy tools while the clock was still running, all on my dime. The other brother sat in my apartment playing with my dog and talking to me about his ex wife and mental health issues, the medication he’s on and several other personal issues including how he can’t talk to women and online dates. He was also taking personal phone calls about other employment while he was supposed to be moving my belongings. I felt uncomfortable confronting either of them, considering the fact I was alone with them in my apartment. The other brother came back with incorrect tools. They took upwards of 2 hours to take apart a bed that my sister was able to take apart in 20 minutes. They claimed the bed was set up incorrectly and it wasn’t their fault they couldn’t figure it out. They stopped for lunch on their way to my new house (again, all on my dime.) They finally get to my house and break my bed. They were so incredibly incompetent they had to call the owner, who was also unpleasant. One of them basically yelled at me telling me him breaking the bed wasn’t his fault because the bed was missing screws. The screws were literally in his hand, which his brother pointed out. He said “oh I guess it is our fault.” They made comments throughout the move talking about how heavy my stuff was, as if I care, I’m literally paying you to move my stuff?? The entire move made me incredibly uncomfortable and hesitant to write a review given the fact they knew where I lived. After the amazing service I received from Moving Pros, I felt the need to write my experience. I definitely don’t recommend. Maybe this company just needs to get rid of those two employees. This company doesn’t need to bother reaching out to me unless you want to refund me. Maybe take more consideration into who represents your company."
