"My stone dining room table was cracked in the move and I am missing one box. I've called multiple times and can get no response from the office. My movers tried to help me make the claim at the time of my move, but were told I'd have to call the office the next day. Since that time I have been ignored. The movers were great, but beware that this is a move at your own risk situation as they make it impossible to make a claim if you have damages."

"We had a complicated move, consisting of several sites, and multiple and difficult stairways. The guys were friendly, helpful and really energetic. Our items were treated like the Crown Jewels. They came in under the original estimate. I have and will use them again. I strongly recommend them"

"The scheduling part was not an issue with my experience. However, the driver of one out of two trucks hit my cable lines and no one was out watching them back up, as we were gathering up to get out of their way, but heard the cords on the house pull off. So dealing with that took 2.5 hours of our morning. Now, I didn’t get charged for the hours they were just standing around, but I had to try to contact anyone to come out and fix this so they could get in my driveway and if you know what it’s like calling utilities, it was already the roughest part of the day. Once I was able to just get up and zip tie the cables out of the way for them, the moving process itself was fine and I was informed they would send someone to help make the lost time up. But someone came out and just walked around and then left. Once we got to the new house, which was 3 minutes away, instead of reading the boxes and putting them in their appropriate room, which is what I was told they would just do. They all asked me if they could just leave them in the garage. They were moving so slow and we were already at my estimated time it would take. I told them to just do it so they could leave sooner. It was not worth the $1600 we spent on this move. We will do it ourselves or hire a more reputable company."

"***Update. They decided a "resolution" was reached (without providing any opportunity to respond) and they are barely reimbursing me for the cost of the move not to mention failing to provide any additional funds to cover the substantial cost we're incurring to replace/repair our items. Best example: Our dining table was purchased for $2,199 in late 2021 and they offered to pay $1,300 which doesn't come close to covering the cost to replace it (which isn't possible since it isn't in production any more...) So not only did we spend $1,550 to have them damage most of our items, we're only being compensated $1,600 and are expected to be able to replace a dining table, dining chair, repair two bed frames and hope the cleaners they're sending to address the sofa can resolve the black marks. We decided to work with Two Men and a Truck when moving to our new home. We only needed larger furniture items moved, beds/dining table/sectional/etc. and 80% of our items were significantly damaged or ruined in the process. The lead mover was helpful and professional but the other two movers were not. One complained about needing to move something heavy...which is exactly what the job of a mover is. We started the damage claim process two weeks ago and still have not reached a resolution. Overall, the employee leading the claim process has been responsive but at the end of the day, we are still living with unuseable/significantly damaged items...I've included photos of just a couple issues we had."

"We hired this location to help move some furniture and some boxes into a Pod in our driveway for our out of state move. The woman who set up our appointment told us we HAD to buy the moving supplies set for $100 because we weren’t using their truck. Fine. We paid it. However we were told the ratchet straps would be used to secure everything in the pod. The night before they arrived our daughter was admitted into the hospital so we had to leave town. A friend went over to direct them. They got there and she had to call me and asked if they were supposed to put things in the truck or the Pod because they thought they were using their truck. So clearly either the workers can’t read or the person who did the reservation doesn’t know how to accurately dictate what is said to her. They get everything moved into the POD. When the POD arrived in Florida, NOTHING, and I mean not one thing they moved was secured! Furniture had fallen over, it was a mess and all of the ratchet straps were still in their original packaging laying on the floor next to the doors. My husband called them and they said well someone signed off of it. She did but why wasn’t it done? When the woman said the items were non-negotiable and had to be purchased because the items weren’t being put into their truck. Their communication, ability and professionalism is non-existent! Don’t hire these people! You could get better results by hiring a teenager down the street!"
