"I wish they would train all the drivers the same. The driver isn’t even looking at my child as he crosses the street. She hits the gas so hard. My child said one day he had to tell the kids “hold on! You might fall out of your seat.” He’s barely steps off the bus (afternoon bus driver) is pounding that gas pedal. I wish I had a different option or YOU held children responsible for their actions. YOU lost a bus driver that was so safe. But, she didn’t matter to you."
"The worst bus company I’ve ever encountered!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from Belton district Terrible service they don’t care about the safety of these kids, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come to Belton district it’s very organized and congested. The people here don’t care about what you have to say, how does a bus come to the school pick up kids and come directly to YOUR HOUSE but your kid can’t ride it because they are in a walk zone BUT THE BUS COMES TO MY HOUSE! The most backwards company ever!!!!"

"Every time I have had to call this bus company with my questions and concerns I have always been cut off short and interrupted. Everytime I talk to one of their employees they have always been very rude. They don't seem very interested and the parents concerns. My kids have came off the bus several times crying because of the bus driver's. Not understanding why this bus company is even still in business. You would think if you're going to deal with kids and their worried parents everyday then maybe you should have good communication skills and like kids."
