"I am not one who would normally leave a review however, the service I got they were extremely rude when I asked a simple question. I went and got a fountain drink and an extra large ice water. I know I have to pay for the ice water, but almost every gas station I’ve ever been to has an ice price(.40 to .50 cents almost everywhere and honestly a lot of places especially with better customer service have told me don’t worry about it) and a fountain price. I get to the register, and they ring the water at full price for the soda. At that point I asked you charge the same for ice water as soda yes the person behind the counter said as soon as you fill it with ice it’s the same, so is Coke free if I don’t put ice in it I understand charging for it and I have no issue paying for it. I did not look up so it’s at my own fault but the rudeness I got from the person behind the counter, I will never go to this location again. And I probably will not go to another Hy-Vee gas station because I get an ice water every time I fill up with gas."

"I was surprised it was a convenience store and not just gas pumps, since it's in the parking lot of the grocery store. Bathroom was pretty clean."

"We've been coming here for years and we usually don't have any issues. But yesterday, one of the pumps malfunctioned as we were pumping gas. We had to move to another pump to finish. We had just used our rewards points on the first pump, too, so we couldn't use them on the second pump. However -- the staff that was working went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They saw that we were having trouble, and compensated for the difference quite wonderfully. It may have been an inconvenience, but what they did for us more than made up for it. I'm going to say this again -- thank you. We are grateful."
