"I already knew Five Guys was good, but these young-bucks were on top of their game. The customer service is what I'm rating today. There was a slight hiccup in my order, but they covered it quickly and without question. These cats were on fire. Good job. The condensation from the A/C ducting was leaking all over the floor though, so be careful."

"Never had a problem at this shop until my visit on September 10, about 5pm. The AC was either out or turned off, so it was very warm and humid inside. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. The fries were top notch but the burgers were charred beyond recognition. Since my order was to go, I didn't find out until I got home. The place was packed with many guests also taking food to-go. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down. They seemed to have a full staff, so I'm not sure where things went sideways. All this to say I'll be back because every place has off nights and FG fries are that good! ETA: tried again on Oct 23rd. Burgers were again overcooked and wrong toppings added. My patty was so dry it was in pieces on the bun. I'm all for jigsaw puzzles, but not in burger form. Tge family at the next table also had overdone/incorrect burgers. Fries were ok, but needed salt. Looks like we'll be going elsewhere for burgers from now on."

"Food always tastes great here. But they're super stingy on their fries. Any other 5-guys you go to adds extra in the bag. Here they barely fill the cup up. Ordered a medium fry to make up for not getting as many with a small, and I think I got less fries with a medium than a small."
