"EXTREMELY disappointed. This was my very first time going to Jersey Mike’s and my absolute last time. Let’s start off by when I walked up to order there was a random piece of bread sitting on the counter. Yep, they used that random piece of bread to make my sandwich. It’s no telling how long it was sitting there. Then the young man that made my sandwich was the most enthused person I’ve ever met in my life. His customer service was horrible. He act like someone forced him to be there. Then he kept putting my bread on the countertop instead of leaving it on the board where you make the sandwich. They are also overpriced. I paid 10.25 for half a sandwich. Mind you no chips or drinks."

"Food was good, they neglected to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. Tried to have the refund credited to shore point, as the store was 40 minutes away when I found the issue and was not able to do that. Was told if I wanted to drive out they'd make another. Also couldn't credit my card. Please check your bags before you leave."

"2023-05-18 Place just had their grand opening last night so they still have some kinks to work out. They are certainly staffed well. I had the Italian. It's not a sandwich that they can make quickly as they have to slice every piece of meat and cheese, one at a time, in front of you. But wow was it tasty. That pepper relish totally made the sandwich. Rest rooms were immaculate, but the place is new so you'd expect that. Plenty of parking, but no dedicated motorcycle parking that I could see They have Pepsi products here, which is my personal preference. They also have sweet and unsweet tea. It was a great lunch and I will be back for sure. Update 2023-07-11 Tried the chicken bacon ranch. Excellent. Great service, too."
