"Our company's representative at Scarborough flat out blows us off for 3 weeks. We were in KC for 2 weeks and asked for some time weeks ahead. We get no response from the company representative. We called last week and got no response. This week, we get a call 3 weeks later and I am busy. I call the company back and ask for a supervisor and get no response. I reached out today figuring let's move forward and the employee that blew us off said they don't want to continue our business relationship? They are launching a fulfillment company this week, watch out. When UPS, FEDEX AND USPS start losing packages due to lack of employees. How will this thin skinned company stand up for you?"
