"Did a load for Nick and told us it had a appointment at 8am, driver did not make the appointment, we tried calling and have pictures of how many times we called Nick and Heather they never answered the phone, told us that receiver is charging $250 for being late, my driver got to the delivery it was a job site the receiver said there is no appointment here it’s a job site we are here all day, they’re lying to you we did not charge anyone, they still never wanted to answer the phone claimed to be in a meeting, never called back and deducted $250 for a made up late fee!"
