"Your shuttle service is so abysmally bad that I am highly motivated to do more drive-in rather than fly-in work trips. Buses were Way too infrequent while standing outside in frigid weather. Then the bus is packed to the extent that people cannot maneuver to grab their luggage and get in/out. Lastly, post Covid I would THINK that maybe consideration for people’s health might matter again. It’s also flu season now. This is worse than the worst airline in terms of human packing density. Not acceptable."
