"Elite Pool has closed my pool the last 4 summers. They installed my safety cover. In November 2022 Matt Mainard assessed my pool for a new liner for spring 2023 and said he would have a quote ready in couple weeks after seeing the pool - November 2022. He never responded with a quote or explanation for not responding. Here we are in May 2023 and still no response after reaching out several times to this company. Huge failure. Down the street is Swim Things. Go there for your pool needs!!"
"Very bad service 2 guys show up to clean the pool they both act that they were in a rush. I payed a full price for the service and they didn’t fix the problem . The water still green. I called them back and never heard back from them .. if you guys are busy please don’t send just anyone to do the job . Very disappointed"
"Take them a sample of your pool water, they test then tell you printed out what you need. Helpful knowledgable convenient prices reasonable quick enough, cool stuff to look at. Easy to find location"
