"I have driven 30 minutes to come to this location versus the one in Kansas City near my house. This Walmart is clean and doesn't feel like everything is on lockdown due to theft. I feel safe, and it is clean and organized."

"When they ran out of bags at self checkout, the boys working responded that they were not management and could not do anything for the customers that needed bags for their items. They were rude and did not even try to help. As I was walking out I saw several closed registers, WITH BAGS. Simple problem solving would have been to go get those bags and take them to the self checkouts where customers were working. I had to interrupt someone over by customer service to tell them what was going on and suggest that they have the boys go around and move bags to customers. Blue springs Walmart on Coronado, do better!"

"Susan that works in customer service needs extra training on dealing with the public. My 19 yr old daughter has never exchanged anything and I sent her in my place, after calling at 11am and confirming that I could exchange the carpet cleaner. ($99 wouldn’t suck the water back up and was purchased approx a week ago for Christmas) Susan berated my daughter (I was listening on speaker as she has never exchanged/returned anything) told her that they don’t take things back from everybody, that people steal things and bring them back all the time and that she could’ve gotten it anywhere. Mind you there’s a serial number and identifying info on the machine. I told my daughter bring it home and I would take it. When I arrived Susan told me that every store has their own discretion on returning and that anything over $50 without a receipt they don’t return. I asked to see where that policy was, as if that’s true that’s just the way it is. And of course, online, posted in-store it was fabricated. Discriminating your clientele is repulsive. Teresa (a mgr) was the saving grace, she was polite and stated that they can look it up by serial number and compare with what’s on the shelf and she did. I did show her that nowhere else do they sell this machine, in good faith so Susan’s mind can be put to rest. She gave me a store credit and I ordered it online. Walmart needs to police the way they treat their clientele. Totally unacceptable."

"Signed up for Walmart+ option and made an order to be delivered between 9-10pm. Received a text at 9:40pm that it was running late and would be delivered within 2 hours. I needed to go to bed but I stayed up until midnight. It never showed up. Next morning, not there. The extension connected to the main store number doesn’t work, called a different number after I called customer service for help. I finally got through and the gal said “they must have been busy”. Well, if an order has been placed to be delivered it needs to be delivered! At least, call or let person know it won’t be!! Incredible. The order hadn’t even been picked yet as of when I talked to her and she acted like she wasn’t even aware of the order. So first order…NOT IMPRESSED!"

"Items on clearance but was no clearance tag. The clerk in garden said the vendor places a discount tag in order to discount. Not one item on table had a tag with a discount price. There was some aloe vera by counter marked "clearance" with no discount sticker. Asked are they on clearance, she said yes. I said they have no discount tag. Response, "I am trying to get rid of" them and "get them out of here". So she discounts them at register. Which is it? Do you need a tag or not? Does my appearance matter, my social economic status, or just how she feels today. Should have known there would be an issue when clerk saw me come to the counter and walk away as I was coming up. Another worker pointed to me showing her she had a customer at the counter. This Walmart was out of my way so I won't return. Customer service is rarely with a smile these days."
