"I stopped shopping at old navy years ago because the old navy credit card company canceled my credit card without me knowing it because I didn’t utilize it enough… whatever… anyways… I just might start shopping back again thanks to your awesome customer service!! I stopped in over the weekend just to see what sales you had going on and omg everyone was super nice and genuinely friendly! The store was very clean and organized! "I haven't shopped at Old Navy in awhile and I see I haven't missed much. There isn't much variety in the way of women's clothing. I used to love the graphic t-shirts and now they are plain and boring. If there is a graphic it looks like something a grandma would wear. I went into 2 separate locations and it was the same way at both. I applaud the theme clothing for Pride month and Independence Day but please do better, Old Navy. Bring back the cute stuff!"
"I specifically came here to recognize the store manager, Chelsea. On more than one occasion now I have had an encounter with her at this location and she’s always so pleasant and friendly and has absolutely no problem helping us find the best deal and price matching against their website. She’s gone above and beyond each time and I find myself chatting with her about her customer service anytime I’ve ran into her. Great customer service is hard to find and Chelsea totally gets it which is only an indicator of how she manages her staff. People often want to leave reviews when they’re angry or upset but I wanted to leave one for the opposite reasons!"
