"Service is non existent. Waited for over 20 minutes to get wire since it is locked up. After multiple attempts to get someone to unlock it, I gave up and looked on Amazon for it. I should thank the store because Amazon had it for almost half of what HD charges and they will deliver it next morning."
"I came in for blinds for a window that was an odd size. They can cut blinds right here in the store to the size that you need. It was no extra charge. I'm glad that I measured because I took them home and they fit perfectly. I wish I had known about this sooner. I will definitely be back."

"Mannnnn... I gotta say, I had literally the worst experience yesterday than I have ever had at any home depot in the history of "The Home Depot" being a depot for homes! It literally took me 2 hours to find a sales assistant to ask if they had pavers in stock, finding a loading helper to drop a pallet in my truck, to actually getting in my truck. I hate to do it but I'm changing my 5 stars down to a 2. Not to mention they don't have anyone scheduled to work the garden section until 1 in the afternoon. I literally had to go to the customer service desk 3 times. But at least my employer got some points or whatever, but my time is my money. I wasted time and money here this day"
"Had a great experience at 6:30AM. Went in for an extension ladder and mailbox post. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman, I believe his name was Grant (husband thinks it was Brad). He offered assistance with both the ladder and the post, even assisting us to the register. The young man (so sorry I missed his name) at the register was just as kind and helpful. Nothing beats superb customer service from people that seem to enjoy their job!"
