I was assisted by several associates and handed off, not to be confused with "passed off" several times to someone better equipped to address my inquiries and requests. My visit ended with Leah who was a visiting associate from another location no less. I left with the completed purchase of the original reason for my visit."
"I don’t know what’s going on at this store lately, and I’m not one to post critical reviews but the store is an absolute mess. I literally spent 45 minutes picking up clothing and hanging it back up just to determine if they had sizes I needed. I know this location is usually excellent so I’m not sure if this is a staff shortage or poor management? Either way, I am inclined to visit a different location and just hope it’s not an indication that Kohls isn’t doing well. UPDATE: I don’t know if my review was seen or what happened but the store has been organized and clean on the several occasions I’ve been back in since this review in Jan/Feb 2023. I have to visit here regularly for Amazon returns. I’m increasing my stars from 2 to 4. Nice work, Kohl’s!"
