"I have worked with Gene on several occasions regarding maintenance issues. He has always been great and works very fast and communicates very well. If the issue cannot be immediately fixed he communicates when it will be and what next steps are. He just fixed my water heater and saw an issue with our garage door so fixed that as well without being asked. He always gives a 30 minute heads up and I feel comfortable if he’s in my house when nobody is home. Great guy and hard worker!!"
