"Very rude and disrespectful people they don't care for people's feelings plus they don't work with people instead they come pounding on your door and threaten you with calling the cops and have them come escort you off the premises they won't even care if you freeze or not when it's cold outside! Plus they had bugs! For one we ended up getting the money that day to pay you if you would of gave us a chance but no you wanted to be rude and disrespectful and hateful to us by pounding on our door and threatening us instead of giving us a chance to try to come up with the money and I will greatly not come and stay in your hotel ever again you can't be rude and disrespectful to us if you don't want the same thing in return!"

"The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. Bad review. God bless all of those that work at and stay at the Welcome Inn at 3300 W Jefferson Street. Grouchy front desk woman, grouchy manager, not very nice at all. Nice, kind, and helpful housekeeping, security, and weekend front desk woman. Those who are kind get five stars, in my heart. Those who aren't get one."

"Do not stay here. Your room will get broken into, and when you want to leave to find a safer location, no refund. Oh, and don't call 911 or Megan said they will kick you out based on the last sentence of the contract that says "You can be asked to leave". With no refund. My sister is alone, terrified to sleep."

"Ok so let's start with the good. 1. Management was kind and easy to deal with tried staying out of the drama motel life comes with until they have too. Some staff was the same way too. 2. It was quiet there and Neighbors were friendly and most ppl got along. 3. Price is one of the cheapest around that I could find just under 300 a week for 2 beds. 4. They have constant bug control out. Now let's go to the bad. 1. Security guards really sketchy. A woman guard that has a young teenage daughter allowed her to roam around older teenage boys and go into their rooms than complained about the boys when her daughter was pursuing the boys, not the other way around. Another guard that was 19 maybe 20 didn'talways thought he had more authority than he does and demands you call him officer Anderson. He was always following the younger group around and stirring things up with them even when they was just sitting there being quiet. To much drama just not worth all the good. Now if they got rid of both those guards I'd go back. It's all centered around those 2 guards. Other than that this place has potential if ur a loaner that stays in ur room I fully recommend. If you like to get out and roam there is a motel 6 up the street."

"It's okay but with most of these cheap hotels they really aren't cheap anymore with the amount you pay. I would say this is at best a 65 dollar a night place. I mean with a discount or such you can stay at a Best Western for the same price. If you in a pinch and availability is an issue than I wouldn't mind staying here again. The rooms are clean and the place seems to be pretty quite. Fix the pricing and it would be a solid 3 maybe 3.5"
