"I'm one of the most reliable people who you will ever meet never missed a rent payment anywhere I live ever or cause any problems and am the best employee at my job of 3 years and can't get accepted just based off the fact that I'm not a idiot and don't use credit cards and I pay cash for my cars instead of financing so I have no credit not bad credit and I have a felony from when I was a different person years ago. Highly don't recommend this place.not to mention last seemed like she had a real bad attitude from the second she picked the phone up"

The staff is really nice! I also love how it's in the middle of town so it does not take long to get to anything in Blue Springs! They're also nearly renovated and looks amazing inside!"

"Horrendous parking doesn't have to be but if you need to put up that many blockages perhaps you need to redesign your workflow, or rather parking flow. I worked somewhere that specifically didn't add sidewalks and everything till they saw how people were going to use the space so they could best plan green space. Also, might not be as big of an issue if you told Google where your buildings were. Here look at how to move them. To benefit your residents, and even emergency personnel."
