"I just left, i had stayed here for two years. The staff there were very friendly, approachable, and helpful in many ways for me. My apartment didn't have major issues. There are some ants here in there in the summer. But a little bug spray worked to stop that. Maintenance came out and fixed things in a timely manner. There are some kids that play around in the complex that are left unattended. I hope the parents will do better when it comes to that. It was over all cool for me and mines."

"The management will know exactly why I give this a one star review. If you have children I would not recommend this complex for various reasons along with the management being inexperienced in handling things in a professional manner. But the maintenance men are awesome they work really hard to keep everyone happy. As well as the police. They work hard to keep it as safe as possible with the help of the community of course not the management. But I am moving my family out to a safer place with responsible management. I lived here 6 years as well and I have seen a lot of things here. I hope this helps someone on their decision.have a good day"

"Do not make the mistake of living here or even bother to pull in their lot! When our friend broke down pulling into the complex (there visiting a resident)- we spoke with property management to explain what happened and car would be fixed and moved ASAP (it was parked in a spot). After 3 employees told us it was good to go, they wouldn’t have it towed- they then called police on us to report it stolen ( poor police, it wasn’t and they wasted their time) and then when we left to get more parts, had it towed. They don’t care about people or their residents, unless you want to pay them off to care."

"I am extremely upset with the management at this time. We have been good tenants for the last year and a half. We keep our stuff clean, presentable, we pick up after our dog, we aren’t obnoxious or cause any sort of issues. We had a hiccup with our bank and due to that we had to pay almost an extra 100 dollars in fees on top of rent. I know that isn’t much in the grand scheme of things but for someone who works hard for their money it can be upsetting. Now I understand that there are policies put in place for certain things but all I asked was that we got a little bit of help fixing this issue. However no, despite being good tenants , I still feel as if I was robbed of nearly 100 dollars. That is all."

"I have never once have had an issue with the complex (management or maintenance). We have not had anything but positive things we could say about the staff and space. The three bedroom apartment is so spacious! Washer and dryer hooks up, dish washer, garbage disposal, and a spray nozzle for the sink are making household chores so much easier. Very affordable. I haven't seen anything this size and with these amenities while I was looking around for a new family home."
