"I've lived here close to 20 years and I must say The Bluffs at Brush Creek gets 100% approval rate from me. I never have to worry about if something breaks down because the absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable maintenance staff gets it taken care of in a very timely manner when reported. I have to say that every year has been better and better! (They really do find a way to make that possible!) If you are looking for a place that is friendly, upfront, safe, secure, and in a very very convenient location, I ask you to please contact The Bluffs at Brush Creek! By the way, Eva is the best property manager imaginable! You will not have any regrets, I guarantee it!"

Management is on top of everything, the community get togethers brings a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and I feel secure and safe knowing it's a gated community. As a nice bonus, the property does have really nice amenities such as a gym and up-to-date BBQ grills!"

The resident functions are the best. :) The manager cooks for us and always has the fridge stocked with snacks and drinks. They also have free coffee for the residents."

"I'm a UMKC student, so finding affordable housing close to campus was a priority for me. After months of research, it became clear that the Bluffs at Brush Creek were the most affordable option by far. I live in a one bedroom, one bathroom that's cozy and clean. I can walk to campus in 10 minutes, and the neighborhoods nearby are great for running, or walking dogs. The amenities on the property are good for the price. They just redid the parking lot about a month ago, so it's incredibly smooth and easy to find a place to park (parking is free, which is also a nice perk). Eva, the property manager, accepts all packages and stores them away, so you don't have to worry about the safety of anything being delivered. She is also the best person to chat with or ask questions, and always makes sure to offer coffee, tea, or hot chocolate from her kitchen. The maintenance men are friendly and helpful, and always greet my cat with a good scratch on the head. As far as logistics go: water, trash, and sewage are all included in the monthly rent, with only gas and electricity left for the resident to pay. There's free google fiber included, too. Maintenance requests are filed online, quick and easy. There's a gate around the entire property for security. Guests can request entry using a buzzer that rings to your phone. Overall, I would highly recommend The Bluffs for anyone who is looking for an affordable option in the heart of Kansas City."
