"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is beyond unsafe. Management could care less about your safety. They leave problems into the hands of black employees that don’t know their rights and then when issues come up the black employees are left by themselves to deal with things. The big bosses that are over the people in the office never respond in a timely manner leaving the person in the office working to have to deal with it all. I was assaulted there, and expressed to them that I will leave on the 12th the following month which ti my knowledge was agreed on. Then I end up with a note saying I haven’t paid rent In FuLL!!! It should be prorated! My safety is in jeopardy and they literally could care less. I can’t email anyone I can’t even speak to corporate because the person in the office said they can’t give out corporate’s number so if I want to file a complaint who do I do it with if I don’t feel like the person in the office can handle the situation. I even had the police with me when I made the complaint I filed a police report. This place treats black people bad they don’t care about us at all."

"I moved here a year ago on October the 5th management was pretty poor it was too young ladies running it I ran into problem after problem over here which gave me very very bad feelings about living here it is now two women that is running it one's name is Randy the other one name is Tiara these ladies are so so awesome they're always open to friendly conversation and when I ran into trouble because of lost my job they were there to help me and see me through it and I will be forever grateful to the both of them for that"

"The worst apartment I have ever lived. Did not feel safe from the first moment we moved in. There were limited cameras at this complex, with plenty of dark spots and no fence to enclose the complex from people who did drugs and walk through as a shortcut. I installed cameras in my doorway and the back of my apartment and saw theft happened at my front door and armed individuals passing at the back. Equipment stolen from my private technician’s vehicle in broad daylight and license plate removed from one of our cars. There were multiple shootings that occurred in that area, in the time I was there 5 to be exact. It was like a war zone. Neighbors were extremely noisy because the walls were tin. Maintenance was literally nonexistent, just one guy who would take months to show up. I left with requests still pending for over 6 months. The people at the office do not care and most of them were rude. The apartments are cheap for the space but not worth the inconveniences which one has to face living there. If you are good with all those you will be at home there, I guess."

"This is a lovely apartment but keep in mind that they do not have cameras!! No cameras in or outside the parking lot or apartment complex!! Cars have been stolen into. Patios have been stolen into. The apartments will not do anything about it unless you take care of it yourself. Unless you have some type of protection, you're on your own."
