"This is a terrible place to live especially for the price. The facilities are never working or if they do its for only like a week before they are broken again. Trash is constantly over flowing. Back Gate is forever broken and stuck open. And After Getting shot at in the apartment and the owners still forcing us to buy out instead of being nice and lettings us go(even though its there fault they dont fix the gates) They still left a charge on our account that they did not call or try to reach out to us about even after we paid them $2500 for the buy out plus the two months we still had to live there constantly being worried and stressed we might get shot at again because this place is terrible"

"DON’T JUST DON’T. This place use to be so nice and have no issues. The past 6+ months have been a 180. My new neighbors slaughter pigs and chickens then hang them in the outside closet. Trash is everywhere. Bugs were never an issue until now. Imagine inviting your friends over, and they’re treated with a mountain of trash that’s spread out everywhere."

"Don’t do it. My friend and I moved in because the price was pretty affordable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the location was decent. I wish we did more research. 1. Our hot water didn’t work our very first day we moved in. We called them to let them know and it took a few days. When we called again, they told us it was a Spire issue. We called Spire and they told us there was nothing they could do since our gas worked. Called the office again and after a few days, they finally sent 2 guys out to look at it and it was a simple fix that could’ve saved us a few days without hot water if they just sent someone out. 2. Our AC stopped working our first month here. Summer in the Midwest, it gets hot. Again, it took days for someone to come out and look at it. 3. The neighbors have 10+ people in their apartment, school age kids who don’t go to school, they live in vans scattered across the units, they even had a rooster in a plastic storage container by the front door. They are loud and we’ve called the cops on them multiple times for noise complaints. The office won’t do anything about them. 4. They tagged my car to be towed with a note that said call the office to handle this. I called them several times. Everytime I called, no one answered or the property manager was NEVER in and she didn’t bother to return my call. They had my car towed at 9pm on a Tuesday and I had to pay $500 to get it out of the tow lot a week before Christmas. Because they failed to communicate anything with me. 5. The trash overflows nonstop. They towed my car because expired tags and they wanted to “clean up the property” but they aren’t worried about the filth or the 10 janky vans that people live in all around the complex. We pay $25 for trash services and for what? 6. We pay to live in a gated community. We pay to feel secure. But my roommates car was broken into 2 times in a week because the gates don’t work. We also noticed in the lease that there is supposed to be patrol or security 24/7 but in the 6 months we’ve lived here, we have never seen any patrolman or security. 7. Our garage disposal hasn’t worked for over a week. We have called several times about this, among other issues we need to address with the property manager. We have called EVERYDAY for 2 weeks but we can’t get an answer or again, the property manager is never in. We are fed up with the negligence. The apartment isn’t worth this headache. You can find cheaper and better. The poor communication, the lack of security, and the unwillingness to cooperate with tenets needs to be addressed and fixed."

"Avoid. My building has been without water for 7 days with no resolution and very little communication. The first communication received was on day 4. Day 5 a hotel was offered as long as the resident paid up front and would be reimbursed at an undisclosed time. Twice we have been told the water would be turned back on when it hasn’t been. No communication on if they are working to at least find a place for residents to shower or anything. There is one dumpster in the entire complex that is constantly overflowing with trash all over the ground for days at a time."

"I was in a 1B & 1B unit for a year, it is quite spacious with the kitchen and bedroom, lot of spaces. Starting price is very reasonable, renewable rate is outrageous. Washer and dryer are in unit. Dryer is suck though because it would take two runs for them to dry my clothes, definitely add your your electric bills. Neighbor is little loud in the weekend but pretty good throughout the week. Sometimes loud car honks at night because people keep breaking into cars. Price chopper, Aldi is 5 mins drives, not a lot of thing to do in the area though. + Maintenance request took a week or two weeks to get resolved; you might want to call the office to get it resolved quicker instead of putting them online. I have a washer issue and it took them 2 week to resolve it. It used to be a lot faster when I first moved in, then start to have problem. + Trash only has one big compactor which is always full in the weekend and you have to walk pretty far or drive your car to drop off the trash. Quite inconvenient and messy sometimes. + Old hot water tank and old heater, one time it almost burned down the apartment because of the old water tank start burning the wood below it. Scared to death it happened during the middle of night. Heater has leaking gas and spend the night without heat while calling gas company at 1 am and we have a two years old kid in the apartment. Definitely check your heater and hot water tank. + Why even have a gate if is is always broken, people would use the exit lane to enter the apartment which is quite dangerous and pot holes are everywhere at the entrance. It probably works for like one month the whole time I was there. Leasing staffs are amazing. Anita is the best person in the office to work with. She ensures that all concerns are resolved but sometimes there are things that management need to improve on. The assistant manager is kinda rude. After moving out, they don’t give back the deposit because the way they charge your water and trash bill is 2 months after. They also charge you $130 for moving out fee if you don’t replace your stove pans or not getting your carpet cleaning professionally. Don’t even think about getting your deposit back because of these reasons. They never mentioned that to you when you move in or maybe it was hidden on your lease contract."
