"Almost been here for a year now and love it! I have a big dog and it’s super dog friendly and I feel safe living here, which is huge being a young woman living downtown. Front office staff are awesome and always helpful. Same with maintenance. The elevators are down quite a bit but I don’t think that warrants a star being removed and it seems like most of the time it’s out of maintenances control, but I think it’s something to be considered if you’re not able bodied for stairs every once in a while. Overall I’m really glad I chose to live here. Great location and perfect walking area. It’s quiet all times of day and great view of the city from my window!"

"I've been living in the river market for over a year now and Unity Lofts has been a dream management company. The staff on hand, including the maintenance crew are so helpful and so responsive. If we have any issues, maintenance is typically at our place the same day and resolves the issue promptly. The building is always kept very clean and during the winters they consistently put out salt to minimize the ice. They do a great job of hosting community events in the shared space and try to foster a great environment. We have had nothing but a great experience living here and would recommend it to any friends and family!"

"I had such a great experience living at R&C! It goes without saying that the river market is a wonderful place to live, but the community at R&C is what really stands out. I feel like I made friends with the leasing staff- shout out to Dominic and friends- and ended up eating tacos with maintenance by the pool every Friday. 11/10 stars"
