"I am very happy here I moved here in 2020 l have been here for 4 year’s and they do fixed your things in the unit. You have to call in order to get it fix. The staff is fantastic and I feel safe where I live my neighbors r fantastic. Give Autumn Place ur next home."

"OK so I've never lived here but I would def not even consider just due to the fact that the leasing manager seems to be more interested in correcting former and present residents comments and reviews about this place its giving ghetto vibes and making me feel like this is not a very safe, friendly or positive place. What manager of any decent establishment argues or goes back and fourth with people commenting and leaving reviews not only that why are you a leasing agent and you and other managers stay In the complex ??? I'm cool where I am the only thing I don't like about the apartment I live in now is my home is not weatherized"

"I have lived at these apartments since 2017 before recently moving and when management switched over to Marcella I was very happy she’s very friendly caring listens to any concerns you have her assistant as well she’s wonderful. These homes have really nice sized living room which we loved. We never had issues with anyone here all times living here everyone we talked to was nice. I was also glad when they got new maintenance they actually get stuff done much more friendly other maintenance I had lots issues with didn’t care for them they didn’t do there job good enough in my opinion. I’m was sad to move from here but it was time for my family to get a bigger place and be closer to family again. Thank you all for everything you have done. I know if I ever need a place to come back here I know I can always trust these places as they always make you feel welcomed."

"I have lived here since 2020 I absolutely love it here, went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the office staff made the process so easy to just switch units. Now the office manager marcella is absolutely wonderful, she is kind, helpful, understanding, and very pleasant to interact with. This is such a quiet complex. I haven't had any issues living here. And if anything goes wrong maintenance wise, I make a call to the office and they are at my apartment addressing the issue within a few hours every single time. I love it here. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable home and a quiet place to live."

"Lots of low ratings on these apartments but I just wanted to share my opinion. I was nervous about living here because it is “low income” housing. So far the experience has been great. It is really a pretty quiet community and neighbors are all nice and respectful. It looks a little run down on the outside but inside the apartments they are just adorable. I have had a handful of issues since moving in and landlord was quick to respond. These apartments are at a great price and utilities are low too. Great apartment community in Blue Springs School District. If you are hesitant about living here, don’t be. I’m sure you’ll love it too!"
