"Very VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE. One the don’t tell you about all the miscellaneous fees you will pay ! We monthly for pest control and they have literally came to spray 1 time this whole year. Spiders are everywhere literally everywhere. Secondly, Collin is very sarcastic and instead of helping figure out solutions, he’s saying something regarding him being a leasing agent for 6 years, which has nothing to do with solving our issues. Repairs go unnoticed .Took them 6 months to repair small issues! We moved in March 1st, still waiting on them to repair our dishwasher and sink which keeps flooding. No one in the office understands what’s going on, Elmer is sweet God bless her soul, but she’s just in chaos in that office. She’s the only person who face is familiar, it’s always a new person in there making false promises. Rent is extremely high for what we pay for ! We will not be renewing a lease and we will let everyone how terrible these apartments are."

"Unprofessional, maintenance guy did half the work and never came back to finish. No communication with inside staff. Late on maintenance requests. It took them 5 months to come fix my sink. Worst place to rent from, would never recommend moving there. Always roaches and bugs in the buildings. They screwed up multiple people's leases and were overcharging and tried to have me evicted for the mistake they made"

"They are the worst....Don't Move Here By Any Means Necessary!!!! They are infested with roaches and mice....This is one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had i pray that this year goes by as quick as possible. Literally just thinking about the unit I rented with them is making me sick....this should be one of the very last places you consider living. So my first unit that I supposed to be moved into on 10/9 had mice and roaches so I reported it to them.....there solution was sticky traps to pickup dead mice and roaches.....then I decided I would just choice a different unit to move into....because I couldn't even take occupancy of the first unit because it was that filthy and it had multiple issues.....so after being moved to a new unit I find out they are keeping my first initial payment for the filthy unit and now the expect me to pay this month's rents also yell are about to get pictures...."
