"My name is Daniel tewelde I absolutely love living here! The main reason we have had such a good experience here is because the office staff is amazing! But the one that mostly stands out is dana ! She is kind hearted, gets things done, makes everything easier to handle if somethings not to your liking. One of the most hard working and caring person ive ever met. i vouch for her and her professionalism. i have never anything but hard work from her! If it wasn't for needing a move to other state i would stay here for a good while. Staff takes care of the complexes and maintenance does their best to upkeep with the work orders."

"Deviling place apartments have been a great experience for myself and my family. There needs to be some outside updates done to the apartments. Overall, the inside of the apartments are very nice. They have done lots of updates to the apartment on the inside. The apartment complex parking lot does need a lot of work done to it. Kandy in the office has been a blessing to the apartment complex. If you need anything, she is there to help. Kandy will get your maintenance tickets or should I say your maintenance request done in a timely manner. And overall, Kandy has been a very caring, overachiever in her position, and helpful office manager to Deviling place."

"I moved into Devling Place near the end of 2016, and when I moved in, the rent rates were quite a good deal. Management has changed at least twice, and the rates have increased SIGNIFICANTLY. Which is a huge disappointment. Our household is moving out at the end of July, because of a lot of reasons, but one huge reason is the increasing rent. Nothing has been improved, and the parking lot has been in increasing disrepair. BUT, with all that being said, Kandy has been a blessing. She actually answers the phone, and doesn’t make any issues that we bring to her seem like an inconvenience. Thank you Kandy for making the tail end of our stay at Devling Place pleasant. ❤️"

"This place was not functioning well for a loooong time, you could rarely get ahold of someone in the office even when it was normal business hours, which they definitely did their best considering how much they had to deal with, but since Kandy started at the office it has gotten so much better. It’s easy to talk to someone and get issues resolved. Thank you Kandy!"
