"I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been living here for a few months and absolutely love my studio. It’s a quiet complex and a very good price compared to other apartments in the area. My laundry is literally the room next door so it’s no hassle and definitely the best place I’ve lived so far."

"From the moment we came to visit, I have been impressed with this property and the staff. We initially were supposed to move into one unit, but due to unforseen complications, the office staff made immediate efforts to locate us another unit to move into. They went out of their way every step of the way to help us relocate. Upon moving in on a Saturday, there were some minor issues with our toilet and some other small things. Monday morning, first thing, all things were fixed and we had a plummer in asap to evaluate and ended up installing a new toilet. From the very beginning, we were told these apartments were well maintained and cared for and we have seen this first hand. The staff has gone beyond in many regards to welcome us here and we feel at home. The grounds are upkept nicely and the facilities are in good working order. I am happy to discover such a great place to live."

"If I could rate no stars and still post a review, I would. I contacted this property to schedule a tour, and specifically asked about income requirements. I was told 3 times the rent, which was fine. My partner and I made that no problem, so we set up the tour. When we arrived, the leasing agent informed us that the income requirement is 3 times the rent PER PERSON on the lease. Unless we are married. She also assumed that my partner and I had a parent/child relationship, or alluded to it at least. This is a fair housing violation. And if this is how they conduct themselves with potential future residents, I would not want to live there. At all."

"I lived at Tanglewood for 2 years with my husband. We had a great experience and would consider living there again if we needed an apartment again. The management team was always helpful and the maintenance team always came within a day or so of the maintenance order being placed. It has a lot of character, fireplaces with built in book shelves, duck pond, trees surrounding each building. The walls are thick so you can't hear your neighbors. I never had any issues with my neighbors. Here are just a few things they could improve: 1. Upgrade your property management software so you can send email updates. I suggest Appfolio. They put paper notices on everyone's doors instead of sending an email or text. 2. You don't need to do the monthly newsletter, it's a waste of time and paper. 3. They were super strict about COVID and kept things closed for way longer than other apartments. 4. The gym is only open during business house so I could literally never use it because I work the same hours. Maybe make a private entrance to the gym that we could get in with a key just to that part of the building."

"So I lived at these apartment complexes for 6+ years. they were always very nice and understanding. The neighbors were awesome and i have no negative things to say about this place. The pool was great so that would be the biggest thing I would recommend. It is very close to the highway and from what i hear from some friends is that they are building a lot of items nearby at the next highway exit. Always recommend. The move out process was good, nothing to complain about, did not get deposit back but that was due to my own doing with the damages."
