"This is my experience living here from august 2020-2023 Pros: 1. Danielle. She’s a great office manager. She is prompt, kind, thoughtful and always on time. She is truly the epitome of a great manager. I cannot stress enough, she is the best part of this place! 2. Maintenance. He was always very responsive and quick. If I had an urgent matter it was handled day off if not the next day. 3. Location. This place is basically 5-10 minutes from just about everything in Liberty. Cons: (most of the cons are things that isn’t managements fault) 1. Smoke. Of all kinds…This is not non smoking buildings. People smoke in their apartments and it seeps into everything you own. This was the #1 reason we moved. And management can’t do much about it because these are not non smoking buildings. My kids have respiratory issues and it was a nightmare fighting sickness here with my kids. And since we have moved my children aren’t sick anymore. 2. Neighbors. Most of my neighbors were kind and friendly. But we lived above a couple who literally had verbal fights and screamed and CURSED at their child non stop. 3. No in unit washer and dryer. It’s below in the center of the building. Everyone shares it and has to pay for it on an app. All in all. If this place was non smoking, and if the walls were thicker and more sound proof, I would actually give this place a 4/5. With the downside only being no washer and dryer in unit."

"Danielle has done everything as a property manager to make sure our move-in process was smooth. Moving can be an unsettling experience and a very anxiety inducing day. She was welcoming, and soothing. There was a lot of confusing wording on my part towards her due to my irritable nature, yet she still was gracious and tried to clear the air in each misunderstanding. I truly appreciate even when things get out of sort and people get irritated, this lady is still so kind and welcoming towards that person. I have a very aggressive disability, and moving very much impacted it. She did everything she could to accommodate us, and even stated- if there’s you need, don’t hesitate to reach out. She is definitely a hands on but very laid back property manager. She wants you to enjoy your life, be a part of the community but she understands.. there are legalities, there are rules. Make sure you follow them, and she is really one of the coolest landlords I’ve ever met. Their policies are reasonable, and even with their pet fee, it’s reasonable. I now realize more and more apartments are disallowing pets, where owners who need somewhere to live are forced to decide.. their beloved pet family member or a place to live.., but not Crossroads. I voiced my fear to her in why I went to get my Oreo ESA approved. She barely knows us and STILL went out of her way because she felt as of the way the approval did not got through, was not satisfactory enough to her. Just the mere fact that they have a company that verifies legal ESA letters was good enough to me, and she was open to revisiting approval on next lease term. Not to Danielle! She cares about how I felt and wanted to make sure Oreo had his rights. I truly appreciate this lady, and her graciousness towards me as I am a stubborn, headstrong lady. Danielle as a landlord is one of a kind, and let me tell you, you don’t find many good landlords nowadays. Danielle will do EVERYTHING she can to make sure you feel at home, and are happy with how every interaction at Crossroads has gone. This lady is tenacious. She knows her job and takes pride in it! Crossroads is a home to us now, not just an apartment complex. If you are looking for your next HOME, come to Crossroads! - Do out with all the others I’d say! I’m looking for a home, thank you very much. I’m very grateful to Danielle for creating that environment for us. Without her, it just simply wouldn’t be possible. She’s the reason why the apartments feels like home! It is quiet, tucked back and very well kept, kid friendly might I add… just to brag a little further.
