"It’s closed. Had made a reservation only to arrive at 11:30pm to find it closed. Unfortunately my Uber had already left and it was 20° outside so it was pretty miserable. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"Lobby is closed!? No complimentary breakfast included that is advertised with purchase. No Coffee. I mean nothing is even On in the kitchen ever."

"Place had better reviews as a Rodeway Inn. I don't know what happened but from simply walking in the lobby not Sonesta quality at all. Lobby smelled like way too much potpourri and desk staff was rude. Keep driving."

"I would not recommend this hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights, and we were only in the room to sleep and shower, so I just dealt with the issues. The room wasn't very clean, there was an old nasty washcloth left hanging over the shower rod. There were only 3 little tiny square pillows on the bed. My husband had to use the bathroom when we got there, and called put to me to let me know there was only a few squares of toilet paper left on the roll, and no new rolls in the bathroom, so I went down to the lobby and asked for a roll of toilet paper and another pillow. She argued with me that we didn't need anymore toilet paper (but did finally go get us a roll) and told me we weren't 'allowed' to have anymore pillows. We proceeded to go to target and buy our own pillows. As we were coming back in with our new pillows, the same lady asked who we were and made us prove we were allowed to be there before we could go up to our room. Keep in mind, she'd checked us in herself not even an hour prior, I have purple hair, and my husband is 6'2" and was wearing a cowboy hat. We're not exactly forgettable. We also were interrupted multiple times from calls from the front desk, and knocks on doors from other guests. Apparently they'd checked someone else in our room first, but they said it wasn't clean (it wasn't!) and moved to a different room. The girl in the room first said she took her earrings off on the bed, and wanted us to look for them. We did, there were no earrings. (I'm hoping they at least cleaned the room a little bit between those guests and us, but who knows what happened.) The breakfast in the morning smelled and looked awful, no idea about taste, we went to IHOP when i saw people coughing on the food, and handling food with their bare hands. The only good thing I can say about this place was the location. It was close to alot of stuff, including a target where we were able to go buy more pillows. It wasn't even a good value...it was almost $100 a night. We wouldn't stay again, lesson learned!"
