"I made a reservation online and when I showed up during a snowstorm I was refused service and my card was still charged. I called to inquire about the charge and LeBron told me that's their policy and it was too bad and they weren't going to credit me back."

"Bare basic room. Bed was horrible. Security lock was broken on door. Seems as though people are living there. Food smells up the hallways. It claimed free wifi but had to pay for it."

"You get what you pay for here. The whole place made us feel dirty. Bed is wrapped in plastic. My husband used to travel for work and he's never seen a mattress wrapped in plastic. He said it felt like he was sleeping on a diaper. Bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cardboard box. The plastic on the toilet seat was peeling and the flooring was coming up around the toilet. Trim was missing from the side of the sink. The shower had someone's fake eyelashes left over and the washcloth had a hair in it. The shower water pressure was terrible. There was a fist size hole in the back of the bathroom door. The room didn't have a secondary lock, well it had one piece of it but not the other so we had to use a chair to feel safe. The dog wasn't even comfortable. There is no place for dogs to use the bathroom and what little grass they had, had dog poop all over like landmines. The bed was uncomfortable and we left after the first night. Hotel staff refused to refund the two nights we booked and didn't use."

"Buyers beware!! This place will rip you off. I made a reservation for 2 adults and checked in 10/6/23. The white guy at the front desk is rude as hell. It made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable from the beginning. I was gonna leave but the black guy told me I could check in so I changed my mind. Huge mistake!!!! The black guy is the manager of this hotel his name is LeBrone Williams and he is very unprofessional and petty!! The old white man with the oxygen tank puts the icing on the cake of how horrible this place is !!!!!! So if both of these men work here don't stay here, go elsewhere!! I paid for a week $451 dollars 10/6/23 to 10/13/23 and was kicked out 10/8/23. I didn’t stay here until the third night because I was hanging out with my sister the prior nights. Upon coming in at 2 am my husband and I noticed police activity. This place isn’t safe and I hate that I didn’t read the reviews before booking a room. Homelessness and drug activity seem normal for this place. My husband and I was kicked out because my husband didn’t have a shirt on when he went to get our luggage from the car. Mind you we came in at 2am that day and didn’t have clean clothes. My husband ran into LeBrone after returning the cart to the hallway. He was then harassed by him and told him to get out because he wasn’t following hotel policy. My husband responded will you refund me my money back if I leave and LeBrone boldly replied no. LeBrone then starts banging loudly at the room door like he is trying to break into the room. We are in the shower at this moment so didn’t respond. He then calls my phone but doesn’t leave a message. I called back but couldn’t get through to front desk. As I was leaving the room I realized I forgot something in the room so I go back and realize my room key has been deactivated. I go to the front desk and that’s when LeBrone tells me he is kicking us out due to a safety issue. Really!! In what way is this a safety issue. My husband was walking back to the room and you bothered him. The only one who displayed hostility and harassment was him. He claimed every hotel has this policy and I told him that isn’t true. Especially hotels with amenities such as pools, fitness facilities, etc. We just left a hotel prior to this stay and never was treated this way. I demanded to know who was over him and he refused to share that information. He claimed a district manager who is a woman but she wasn’t in town and he wouldn’t give me her number. I told him I would be calling the cops and he replied that he didn’t care because they would just side with him. I then called the cops because I wanted to file a police report. When the cops arrived they took down our statements. We told them what happened and they advised us to call corporate and we could likely get a refund through them. The cops thought it was bogus to why we was getting kicked out over a tshirt. They then gave us the number to corporate and our report number. We left upset because we realized we had been just robbed of money from a horrible establishment. This is clearly not a reputable hotel to stay at. This seems like a common practice and the normal behavior of the staff here. We was inform by another customer that this manager behaves this way often. That double booking and kicking customers out is a normal occurrence. I wasn’t gonna leave a review at first because I thought corporate would fix all this after calling them. I was told by phone support that the way this was handled was very unfair and unacceptable especially that LeBrone refused to withhold information about his supervisor. I was told that his supervisor would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Well that has yet to be done at this point and why I’m leaving this review now. Don't ever go here because they are disrespectful, unprofessional and you will lose your money here. ****Update: 10/13/23 Called corporate again today and was told they couldn’t issue the refund because this certain hotel doesn’t use the same system.Go figure. Horrible place to stay!!"
