"Checked into a dirty room looking like this. Paid $200 for the room. And then once I finally got moved new room had stains on bed and tv remote was broke. Will never stay again and definitely do not recommend !!! I asked to talk to a manger both said they were a manager and were not helpful. Rooms are very outdated."

"The room was very outdated. The carpet was filthy. The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were very thin and did not look clean. The room was stuffy and smelled. The Manager came to the room and saw how filthy the carpet was and vacuum and shampooed the carpet which made the room smell better. He also changed the sheets for the beds etc. We could not get a different room because the hotel was fully booked. Overall the Manger was very nice. We will not be staying here again."

"We usually come here once a year either for vacation or a birthday. My daughters love it, the slide is pretty cool! I like that the pool is no higher than 3ft so they can touch all around. I think the lifeguard lady is very sweet (Vicky). She’s super patient with my special needs daughter on the slide. She does run a tight ship if kids are being too rough though! If possible, stay a week night. The weekend is too crowded! We had a king suite and I slept on the pullout, actually pretty comfy. Hotels also very close to stores and food."

"Our only complaint was the pull out couch bed. We noted the couch had stains and when we pulled it out the mattress was pretty gross. We went to the front desk and they changed us to another room. That mattress was older but clean. The lobby was immaculate and the rest of our room was very clean. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard, I ate the Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The pool was very clean and the girls LOVED the slide. Overall, best place for the money!"

"We stayed here as part of a girls weekend with my daughter and granddaughter. The hotel is beginning to show some age, but was maintained and seem to be well cared for. The pool area was nice for my granddaughter. She loved the turtle slide and getting to play with other kids. The breakfast is decent And I’m sure most anybody could find something to eat there. The staff were friendly. Overall a nice place to stay for a couple of days."
