"I lived here for about 2 years. I lost count of how many property managers this place had during my stay. Maintenance is almost always nonexistent and if they are available be prepared to wait about 3-4 days or longer before they fix anything. If your lease is about to end… good luck. You’ll “probably” get a renewal notice months after it’s ended, so have fun paying month to month. People in the office are usually cool, except when you’re trying to contact them, they barely answer the phone or any emails. And for some reason their system is always down or not working, so they’re never able to give you all the help you may need."

"I haven’t lived here very long at all. At first they would respond, get back to you and be willing to work with you. After a while my toilet would leak, shower smelled funny when you turned it on & now my sink is spitting up nasty stuff. Been trying to get someone on the phone for a MONTH & even went in & tried to see them in person several times but no one’s ever there! On top of all that I tried to pay rent last month and they wouldn’t even respond to any messages about rent either, I still don’t even know if they got my rent or took it from the drop box. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I NEED THE MAINTENANCE NUMBER!"

"Hello, I am currently a resident at Liberty View. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have a 11 month old daughter and have been staying here since she was much younger, during this short amount of time our fridge has broke. That took them 4 days to return the call and an additional 2 to get us a new fridge. We have had a sink leak in here for who knows how long, but long enough for the whole under sink to be filled with mold. They say they can also do nothing about, most recent last night we came home to the sound of water profusely leaking, and the floor right below us had a pipe burst and water fill the whole floor area if not more. Now the water is turned off for obvious reasons, but they have still YET to contact anyone in the building letting them know what had happened last night and why the water is off, or that the water was even off!! They STILL haven’t returned a call or informed us about what’s going on!"

"Everyone is very nice and minds their own business. Management is awesome and works very well with you and your needs! Never had any issues. My apartment is VERY spacious and I love my huge bedroom and walk in closet. Definitely a good place for a beginning family or young couple! And very affordable! :)"
