"We have been residents of Wild Oak Apartments for 9 years. The former owners and managers were very nice and professional. The "New" ownership and management "personnel" are exceptional with their personal attention with members of their community. New ownership and management have had to "overcome and correct deficiencies" from past ownership and management that were allowed to creep into "repair and replace" conditions in all realms of comfort and convenience as related to us as members of the property, not just as residents ... and as long as People are involved, versa machine automation, there will be a mix of personalities, some that work and some that don't work, together. I speak from decades of experience in the residential housing and commercial properties industry, and life in general ... I AM IMPRESSED with the Public Facing Persona of Wild Oak Apartments ... the Front-line Personnel in the office and on the grounds. "I lived here for a years and it was honestly the worst apartments I’ve had to deal with in terms of management. If you’re someone like me who is looking here due to amazing location just don’t do it. My child was allergic to bees and wasps- we had a infestation in two of our rooms that we complained about a handful of times and nothing ever came of it beyond a worker for the apartments coming in and giving one spray and saying good enough. They will also surprise you with move out costs like no other - we left our apartment clean and replaced all blinds and still got the hugest bill when we moved out without any itemized receipt as to why. Do not move here, look at the apartments across the street or down the street!"

"My wife and I have been here 7 years and it's been a good experience overall. The complex is usually quiet and peaceful. Really enjoy the trees and plants on the property. Great location and I love the community rewards program."

"Pros: Maintenance team is awesome. Complex allows larger dogs and the community is very dog friendly Cons: 1) Not upscale as advertised. 2) New owners took over in 2023 and a new management team along with it. 3) Management canceled my renewal lease even though it's signed by both parties. This is because I refused to sign a revised utility addendum correcting their mistake. 4) Management added keyless entry for everyone. This really benefits management. It is not included in the base rent, costing an extra $40 per month. 5) The $30 per month concierge trash has been inconsistent. There is always furniture and mattresses by the trash compactor. 6) The pool opened 4 weeks late in 2023 and closed 1 other week this summer. 7) My unit has three air conditioning units that are one foot from my window, making it hard to sleep. 8) My neighbors vehicle was stolen and there are no security cameras. 9) The building that caught fire July 5 is still an eyesore, three months later. Bye bye Wild Oak Apartments. I hope a better owner comes along. Office team, you deserve better, find another gig."
