"Trying to apply for this place is difficult, I've texted the phone number that they have promoted on Affordable Housing & still have not gotten a link & I just called and spoke with on of the Telephone Operators and she hung up on me being very unprofessional and so after all of that I asked for the link again to be sent to my phone & still nothing! If it's going to be this complicated/difficult to just apply I will definitely go somewhere else!...They are very lucky that they got 1 star! I no longer have a desire to apply for these apartments!"

"We used to love it here, until we got bed bugs, which we suspect we got from the apartment complex's own laundry room. But the new management has ignored the problem and refuse to help us, even though they are liable. They have ignored the problem and now they are going to be spreading through the apartment building. They could eliminate them, but instead they are trying to make us get rid of all of our furniture."

"This property was under the management of Cohen-Esrey for many years. Things were done very well until the property changed hands, and Paula, the longest serving manager left. This is when all he’ll broke loose and things have turned disastrous under the new management. Emergency calls from tenants are met with disdain. Blocked toilets are not considered emergencies yet during Paula’s time, these were emergencies that were promptly responded to and addressed. There is a receptionist who receives calls from tenants. This one is exceptionally rude and racist. She’s very poorly trained to interact with people. She does not seem to be well prepared to work in the area where she works. Trash has started piling up everywhere in the yards. This management does not care about the people who live in their property. There’s no discipline and the management is available one day a week and in most cases, they aren’t there at all for weeks! We’ll most likely petition tenants’ protection to help us deal with this carefree folks. Government should reconsider working with these people!"

"the office staff at Brentwood manor, Paula is so rude always want to scream at people, when you come and ask her to send someone to do something she got piss, Naturally I wasn't told about the roach infestation when I signed papers.. I've been here for 3 years now and still have roaches EVERYWHERE (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, every room) and they don't spray at all, now my kids are getting sick all the time and have a lot of bump on their body, it's getting worse.... now my fridge is not working told Paula to change the fridge she wouldn't, it is about to be 3 weeks now. I told her to send someone to clean my carpet she wouldn't, she doesn't want to do anything. this is the worse apartment ever"
