"Fun place too live, maintenance is fast and efficient. However, only 5 star person to work with at the front desk is Kegan. We had numerous times where the manager called us and accused us of “hiding” our dogs when we had dogs since the beginning of living. Both ESA and registered. Other than management though, you will have a blast loving here, it is a fun community."

"I moved into Thrive Apartments in the middle of July. After living here for almost 6 months I feel I can give an honest review. Overall, the apartment is nice but for "Luxury" living as they are marketing their complex this does not meet that expectation in my eyes. The overall appearance of my unit does not meet my expectations of “Lux” living for an almost $2,000 price. The walls are discolored, the baseboards have bite marks from previous pet owners, and the facility as a whole can come across as run down. Not to mention the freezer broke the first week I moved in. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor including intimate phone calls. Honestly, the only thing I enjoyed at this complex was the pool. Which is why the amenities score is ranked the highest out of all the categories. The parking at Thrive is absolutely awful!! It has the worst parking situation out of all the apartments I have lived in thus far in my life. Yes, they have covered parking and garage parking for an additional cost but after being on the waitlist for over 3 months and no one from management following up, I finally gave up on having this as an option. The main staffing manager got charged with a murder charge and upon his arrest the remaining staff had no idea what they were doing. I can’t even count the number of times I went into the office to talk to someone about my account for them to have zero answers and just say “We will follow up.” A week would go by and no one would follow up. Overall, I do not see the value of living at Thrive. This truly saddens me because I was incredibly excited to live here but so far my time living at this complex has been nothing but unsatisfactory. I will not be renewing my lease, to say the least."

"I love living here. I had hoped the sounds from the apartment above me wouldn’t be quite as loud as they are, I can hear the upstairs neighbors dogs when they’re walking around. I haven’t determined if my neighbors are heavier than average but the way they walk around would make you think they are. In the bathroom I can hear when they are having conversations. The walls are thin, but thankfully they don’t stomp around all day/night. Some of the residents aren’t aware that they are not the only people living in the space and leave their dogs alone for hours so occasionally you can hear them barking nonstop. I’m glad that that is not a daily occurrence though. I try to be mindful of the sound do I don’t disturb others but not everyone does. If I could change anything about the property it would be to have significantly better sound dampening installed. And to have had better parking planned for the units. I currently have a carport which is reasonably affordable but I have a feeling it’s going to be $20 more per month when I renew my lease. I’m hoping that I’m wrong on that. As a person that works all hours being able to park reasonably close to my unit is essential. Even though I feel very safe living here I try not to be walking around at all hours of the day/night. So having to park further away worries me. I had some issues with my unit but maintenance has been quick to fix them. All the onsite staff I’ve dealt with have been great and Keegan is always awesome when I’ve needed anything. It’s an incredible place to live and more and more businesses being added to the area has made it even better. The areas of the property are clean and maintained. The management here definitely takes pride in this property."
