"Lived here 3 years now. Quiet. Safe. Friendly! And maintained all well all year long. The staff are “friends” and hard workers! The management is responsive. Another words, I’m happy."

"The leasing agents are nice but they fall short due to the property management. Poor communication skills, poor English. Property manager is highly unprofessional and refuses to take accountability. They’ll randomly harass you through texts and emails about petty things but won’t respond to pest control requests, maintenance requests, or complaints. Property manager will email you and then claims she’s not in the office , then will call you on a personal phone number with a non-recorded line and act unprofessional and RUDE. Then does not properly document said calls or conversations. The property shows clear signs of racism towards white folks and black folks. They show major favoritism and priority towards Hispanics. I’ll be looking to contact corporate, the BBB, as well as the city of parkville."

"Terrible place to live. They come in your house if you don’t answer the door immediately (LOCKED DOORS), they mow at 6 in the morning like every other day, and it’s a well known area by the POLICE! The gardeners also aren’t professional and constantly pull out flowers but leave the weeds. Oh and not to mention the water pressure is terrible, they don’t fix things when you call for maintenance, and the office people are rude. They also change the rent every few months to make it harder for people to live in these disgusting apartments. Don’t waste your time."

"My family and I have lived here since January 2020. I have zero complaints! The ladies in the office are the nicest and have so much care for their tenants. Anytime we have any issue or maintenance request we always get a fast response time and quality work. My apartment is so comfortable to live in and is a great size. The grounds are well kept, the laundry facility is always clean, tidy and always functioning. I hope to live here for awhile!"
