"It was a good place to live until the new management group took over. The new group is “underwhelming in its transparency” (their words) and does not seem to care about their tenants."

"The elevator in building L is a significant and ongoing problem. Since July of 2023 the elevator has been out of service more than 7 times. It happens randomly and without notice and is not being shut down for general maintenance when I say “out of service”. There is clearly a problem, as the entire building is only a few years old. This causes legitimate issues to older tenants and those with pets that live here, as all units are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I’ve had multiple discussions with property management, maintenance, and Evergy (the local utility company), yet no solution has been presented or put into place."

"I’m a resident here, and I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve moved in recently and whenever I’ve needed help, the office has been super accommodating. They have been the best apartment management I’ve rented from! Crystal is super sweet and the maintenance people are awesome. Please consider this place if you move to Parkville!"

"When I first moved in, Thrive at Creekside owned the property. Everything was great! The managers were super helpful & always just a phone call away. Towards the end of my lease, the property was sold not once, but twice to another company. I have moved out now & only received a small amount of my deposit back when the apartment was left looking like it was still new. I was hardly there at the end of my lease. There was no damage to the apartment whatsoever. I have tried to contact the property but all you get is an automated messaging system & not an actual human. Have contacted via email asking them to give me a call & it has now been a week without a call or email from them. Communication at the property isn’t great. Overall, it’s a neat place, with great amenities, but still wouldn’t recommend it."

"I love the convenience of Parkville Flats! It's nice to have highway access so close. The infield is beautiful and always has fun events. There are great retailers, and I can't wait to see what others join."
