"Shiny new hotel with friendly and helpful employees. There's a very large gas station/liquor store/lunch counter and a Burger King that shares the parking lot with the hotel, which is convenient considering there nothing else around for miles"

"This is a very sketchy setup in Parkville, Mo They only offered $60 on the $96 per night refund. I needed to add a night. That’s a $30 upcharge and a new second reservation before that could happen. A The agent barely speaks English and repeats - I sorry. I cannot help you with that. Use the form ( the form offering only $60 as a refund.). This is the Midwest. We expect prompt, agreeable service."

"Hotel is great and very clean rooms. Service is awesome with front desk. They even had my brand and flavor of Green tea. They don't have seating outside which is very confusing since there's a large area, but I was able to find a place in the morning to sit out back. As far a location, there is an awesome gas station in same parking lot with beer, snacks, and amenities. However, for food...... there's nothing except burger king which I don't consider food. So I had to Uber somewhere and because nothing is around that took a very long time. I hope in the future they put a bench out front and hopefully a restaurant pops up at somepoint"

"It's a new hotel, it was very nice. Room was nicely done. We were there during February so not many people. I will say I don't think we'll stay during the warmer Spring and Summer months since it's right next to a ball park (which I understand the ball park and hotel and what there functions were meant for, but seeing as are kids are much older and were much older now, they can have the hotel for what is meant for and those times we'll find somewhere else. But I do recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very pleasing. Yes we'd stay again, just maybe not at the times it was really built for."
