"Scheduled a tour today (Friday Feb. 23, 2024) it was the shortest tour in history. I have a list of questions I ask leasing managers including, “will I be able to obtain a copy of the lease prior to paying a deposit and signing?” I ask this because I’ve had sketchy leasing terms in the past. I want an opportunity to highlight and make notes to clarify questions I have. It is a contract after all. I am also fortunate enough to have a member of my family who I can ask clarifying questions to, and can help navigate me through sketchy material I might miss myself. The leasing agent was so taken back by this question. She completely refused to comply with this request and told me no other office would do it ether, which is a lie and I told her so. I also told her that if she wasn’t able to comply with this request then we have no other business to discuss and left. There are only two reasons I can think someone would refuse this accommodation 1) they are hiding something sketchy in the lease that they trick their tenets into signing or 2) they just don’t know what they are doing. Ether way it wasn’t for me."

"I applied to live in these apartments and the “qualifications” were ridiculous. I’ve always passed the background and credit checks and this one was strange. Then, once “approved with guidelines” i was informed I’d have to pay first month, last month AND a move in deposit 72 hours AFTER applying. My lease wasn’t up until march, but the money was due in December. I stated that didn’t seem right, and they said that’s their policy. They wanted $1300 in December to move in, and an additional $1300 in march at move in. I decided this place wasn’t for me and requested my deposit back. It took 12 days to get my deposit back after i emailed the property 2 or 3 times. The professionalism is subpar at best and the amount of money needed to live here is outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend moving here or applying unless you plan to waste money"

"I lived here about 20 years ago and to this day they are still scamming people i moved out and left apartment emmaculate and took puctures of it. They still took my deposit for so called ruined carpet which i had pictures of. Now a good friend moved out and lived there one year amd they also took $150 for so called bad carpet when there own people ruined it moving washer and dryer. I guess they are desperate for $$. Scammers. Buy people dont rent."

"According to my mother who lived here for a year it was a decent place to live and very quiet. That's about the jist of the good part of this complex. First, they overcharged my mothers rent x2 when she was moving to one of their sister company properties and was put in a state of not even being able to buy herself groceries or pay for her new deposit for the new apartment she'll be moving to. Taking $1,400 from someone and not trying to find a solution for their mistake in a timely manner is ridiculous for a company. They then stated they would pay that amount back in with her deposit once shes moved out. She's since been moved out and in her new apartment for three weeks and they still haven't paid her the $1,400 they over charged her. This is ridiculous and I'm so incredibly disappointed in this complex and their lack of care."

"I lived here for 6 months. The building were being renovated at that time. There used to be a lot of noise and mess. But other than that, my stay here was good. The apartment was okay. The kitchen appliances were quite old and central AC was not quite effective. However, for the rent I was paying, I would say it was a pretty good deal!"
