The brand new weights, and new equipment for us weight lifting enthusiasts is incredible! No matter what your cardio needs are, it's available at the Osage Prairie YMCA. Come be a part of the Y and take the first step on your fitness journey."

"It's a really great gym overall and love how quiet it is after hours with the 24 hour membership, so I can work out and not have to be self conscious. It has almost anything you will need out of a gym and is kept neat and tidy. The staff is always cheery and I look forward to seeing the instructors for classes every day. The pool is clean and I love the showers. The only thing I can't stand is the fact that they play FOX news on 5 tvs half the time I'm there. And they're all different channels, so every one is on a different topic. News at all these days probably isn't the best thing to have on at a gym, but ESPECIALLY not FOX or CNN which are both known to be polarizing and disingenuous. The topics are regularly on inflation, immigration, abortion, gun rights, and other highly controversial or distressing topics that I do not want to be distracted with when I'm running. The one time I looked up and it wasn't FOX, they were playing Ancient Aliens??? Wish they would just play sports or something on all of them.... Other than that, I suppose, it's a great place to be."
