"From the perspective of a client’s loved one, I am very disappointed. Trying to figure out what is going on with my loved one to support them after discharge is way harder than it should be. Nobody seems like they care here; everyone on staff seem very apathetic. It seems like nobody talks to anyone else on staff, so no information on care is shared. I hope nobody else from my family has to go here. If I could give it zero stars for the support I have received in a troubled, stressful and anxiety-provoking time, I would."
