"Would have given zero stars if that was possible. So this location is right next to a truck stop and like all humans when a trucker stops for the night they go looking for food but unfortunately this tacobell have a policy to not serve truck drivers after front is locked so no ordering online and no walking up to the window! I have been all around the USA and this location is the only location that has denied to serve me. Please do better tacobell"

"Came for boxes, left with the correct order. Note: they were out of the drink we originally asked for, but second choice was available. We went through the drive thru and our food came quickly and correct temperature, they even remembered our sauce packets. This is where the downside begins: all of the tortillas, shells and chips were stale. The ground beef was dry and overall my stomach ached after eating two items. Every once in a while I crave Taco Bell, it'll be a while after this experience."

"One complaint. I added onions to 3 items on my order for 10¢ each. They don't add the extras, they just charge for them. Also they used to have an option for onions in the side so I could make sure they were on. They did away with that. So now I just have to go without. I used to get the same order any time I was in town. I stopped going for these extra charges with nothing to show. I noticed my last order was 05/08 prior to today's order. Maybe turning me from a repeat customer to an occasional customer was worth it for the onions?"

"There are no clerks at the front, touchscreen ordering only. The touchscreen I used needed to be touched 4 or 5 times to register my choice. When I finished my order, I was given the choice of giving them my email or phone number to get my receipt. There is no option for a printed receipt. Also, there is no menu board."

"The service was phenomenal considering everything was ordered via kiosk. The time from ordering to getting our food was incredibly fast. My food was hot and fresh. The man behind the counter which I'm assuming was the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences at taco bell I've had in a long time. Keep up the hard work Taco Bell!!!"
