"I am a OTR trucker and came here to this hotel in my hometown. To start off with the service at the counter is very friendly. They will go out of the way to treat you as a human being. The other thing as well I some people complain about the rooms the rooms are fine why would you be so concerned and open or take stuff off the AC unit? Makes no sense might as well get a black light next and look for other stuff you’ll find even in a Marriott… The rooms had been very clean compared to many hotels I have been in bathrooms also clean they do have a nice pool area indoor and hot tub. Vending machines ice machines in the hall. They also have great selections in hotel breakfast which kind you is not a 5 star restaurant but it is a breakfast place that has a great place to sit down and eat to start your morning commute. Beds btw in the room are really comfortable more comfy than a drury inn etc. Thank you to all of country inn!"

"This hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel but they have 5 star service. From the moment we arrived the staff was attentive to our needs and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. We were there for a family event so there were many of us with rooms, we couldn't be happier with how the staff treated us. The hotel itself is in great shape, it seemed well maintained. If I had one complaint about the room, it would be that there were no USB ports. I know that seems silly, but when you're a family of 5 with electronic devices, the plugs in the walls fill quickly. That is really my only complaint. They serve a Continental breakfast in the morning and it was well stocked. The biscuits and gravy were good, they had sausage and eggs. But again, it was the staff that made the experience. My boys wanted waffles and the lady who runs the dining area in the morning treated them not like customers, but as if they were her own family. She showed them how to make shapes with waffles, and went out of her way to make sure everyone in the dining area had what they needed. She was one of the highlights of our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Been here a few different times passing through. Will probably go again soon. Incredibly thoughtful staff. I have never stayed for breakfast. I'm always up very early. Very quiet. The hot tub is excellent. Every single request I've ever had has been accommodated. Definitely recommend."

"Arrived past midnight, looking for a hotel after being on the road per several hours. Stopped in Neveda, MO, and found several hotels close to the highway. Before inquiry for a room, check Google posted reviews of each hotel. Very assertive reviews! Excellent bed. Attention is great except for the night reception guy who acted put out that we didn’t have reservations. Rooms reception area and other areas very clean. The morning staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful, including the cleaning lady. The location is excellent. Four Stars because needed some updates but in general is in good condition. Definitely, we will stay there again."

"Here's the best thing about this hotel, the people. It starts at check in, we were travelling and made a last minute decision to stay here. We didn't have our membership # and without requesting a discounted rate the front desk young lady offered us one. The hospitality carried over to breakfast where I was greeted and watch the staff interact with everyone by offering refills or cleaning tables. Particular attention when she went out of her way to assist an elderly woman in a wheelchair. The rooms may not be as nice as other hotels that I've stayed but the experience provided by the friendly people made this a memorable stop."
