"Prices just keep getting higher. They have priced out the beauty angel with the red light and vibrating plate and only one locally has ot now. Not sure if it is worth it during summer unless you get a base tan first. Clean. Friendly staff. Product rewards ok."

"Staff is VERY good! That is the only good thing I can say. Many beds are broken (stand up) and not working or have a lot of bulbs out (bed 1). Brought this to management attention over a month ago and zero progress. Rooms have trim falling off walls. This place needs some serious attention!"

"I cancelled my frozen membership 4 months ago (as I live in Miami now) with both Maddie & Taylor, as their customer service has always been great. Recently, I noticed I was still being billed each month even after the phone call cancellation. Within the last 90 days, I've spoken with both girls a few times & they assured me their manager would reach out to sort out the refunds because they remembered talking to me & confirmed that we had those conversations, but when I finally spoke to the manager, she was unhelpful, didn't believe me (why would I lie about $8 per month? lol) & failed to process my refunds because "as a manager I cannot do that". Look, I'm not mad about $32 being charged the last 4 months - it's not that much, but what I will say is that this location is managed horribly & I will be disputing the charges. I've been a customer here off on on for more than 7 years. Additionally, I've managed locations like this & I've had friends who managed PB franchises in the past. I know how simple it is to process a refund under $100. It's ridiculous that they were not able to refund $32 to save one customer who will be in STL (near this location) 4 months out of every year."

"Happy to see items I use back in store now. Glad to have all items in stock that are needed for spray tanning sessions. It would be helpful for those who have a 10+yr Gold Membership to have a notation on their accounts as to not have to make sure we’re not being charged for Dark color every visit. Place was very clean and staff friendly. My tan looks great!"

"Signing up was easy staff is always more than happy to answer any of my questions and they do not try to up sell me with pricey product how ever I did try the Amythist collection and it is amazing and worth the price it is. I am very happy with my experience at this location. I go early when they first open and the young ladies have been amazing. Thank you all for the great experience I have received."
