"Today marked the final breaking point for me. My experience at Eureka Nails, where I've been a patron for over ten years and a regular for a year, was by far the worst. Initially, it was great, but lately, the staff's demeanor has turned noticeably rude. They rush color selections, dismiss attempts to replicate desired designs from reference images, and seem more engrossed in personal matters (like listening to their music and taking personal calls) than engaging with customers. During my recent visit, I requested light yellow chrome nails, with the technician assuring me the color would “very closely” match my reference. However, what I received was a cream almost white color instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a color that was more yellow since the current color was almost white, he refused and snipped that the color was “yellow”. Because of this I decided to forgo the chrome since I didn’t want the upcharge for chrome on a color I didn’t want, the technician became visibly irritated and persisted in trying to persuade me to get a pedicure instead. Furthermore, the new pricing is unbelievable. When I requested chrome they told me the total would be $69, then when I decided to forgo it that it would be $48 without it. This exorbitant upcharge for chrome is simply unjustifiable. I refuse to continue paying almost $60 for rushed appointments, inconsistent work, dismissive and rude technicians, and overall horrible experiences."

"Aesthetically this place is unlike any other nail salon I’ve ever been to. The gentleman that did my nails started off really serious, but I had him laughing and joking around by the end. It was a bit pricey for this set but I also selected 5 different colors. I do look forward to going back in the future."

"The girl who did my pedicure was great. She was very friendly, attentive, and respectful. However the manicure was a horrible experience. She wasn’t friendly from the beginning. I kinda of just brushed it off thinking maybe that’s just her, I smiled at her right away with just a scowl in return. When she went to shape my nails, I told her from the first nail I did not like the shape. I told her I didn’t like the point and she got very angry with me and yelled at me that it wasn’t pointy. She belittled me and I was just going to accept that’s how it was going to be. I said that’s fine and she just starred at me. So then she went to the next nail, same thing, not what I wanted. I asked if it could be a little less pointy, she got even more mad and yelled louder “it’s not pointy” she then sat there and starred at me and I was getting very upset. She got up and walked away, assuming she told another lady to take over. She took me to her station, at this point I am crying, this lady took today over and finished my nails very closely to how I wanted them. She treated me with respect and tried to get my mind off things so I could stop crying. She even told me “I’m not going to yell at you, I’m going to make your nails how you want” I’m wondering if she had heard the other girl yelling. These are my nails for my wedding, in 3 days. The first girls actions were completely uncalled for and rude. She never apologized for yelling, just took me off to the other lady and dumped me. I am not sure I will be back."

"Caution to present and future patrons if you want to have a say in how your nails will look, need them filed more, receive great customer service.. it’s best to find a new nail salon. We speak volumes by our actions and where we spend our money. If you speak up and expect to have your nails finished properly or not to pay for service not being finish she will call the police. The owner is rude and has a bullying mentality. If a tech makes a mistake they/she are not interested in making it right or receiving constructive criticism. She belittled and harassed me with my child present. She called the police and tried to have me charged with theft after my daughter walked outside and I kindly said I need to go outside as my daughter is now unattended. She yelled, “You pay now or I call police” Although, services were not finish. I spoke with the officer and he said I did the right thing by deescalating and it was unnecessary, but unfortunately I (we) the ppl don’t have the right to refuse to pay no matter how poor the service without being threatened with a theft charge on your record. Reluctantly, I was forced to pay ($41)and left with my nails thick, rough texture and no top coat. I can not express how much this whole situation was unnecessary and unacceptable. I’m leaving out a lot of details, but I hope this gives you insight to how poorly this business is ran and don’t want one more person to go through what my child and I did."

"Eureka Nails is the only place I go to and trust with my nails. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve left Eureka Nails not completely satisfied in the years that I’ve been a customer there. When I’m not completely satisfied, the owners are very quick to correct the situation and ensure you leave happy. Almost every nail tech and artist that works there is competent and talented, and they all repeat the same message: “it is my job to make sure you love your nails.” They are friendly, quick, precise, and their prices are very reasonable. I will only ever go to Eureka Nails and it is the only nail place I recommend!"
