"Had appt at 1pm. with Katie B. (the store manager). Booked online the day before. At 1:30pm an employee, Dale, finally said (after I asked at 1:15 if there was a problem) "I'll call your stylist". Dale casually told me she wasnt getting in until 2pm. I asked if this was habitual. His response was "a girl quit the other day....the system takes a while to catch up....system is new" (I used online booking 8 weeks ago just fine). Speaks volumes regarding customer service and Katie B.'s work ethic. Stylist arrived at 2:10pm for 1pm apt. but not before answering the phone. No apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment, no I'm sorry....nothing. Ive been a regular customer and 25% tipper minimum."
"Katie B is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years. No one else anywhere I’ve gone can ever do anywhere close to her! She works her butt off, helps others there, and is THE MANAGER! I absolutely LOVE HER. She’s also super sweet and fun to talk to. No one can even come close to compare with her. I’ve referred tons of people to her and they love her too!"
"Katie is awesome! She listens, gives advice and exceeds expectations regardless of my request. I took extensions for a special event into her and she was able to mix color to blend them in with perfection. Call ahead the morning of, because this girl has a reputation with her clients!"
