"Went to the eureka store for a pickup. Wow, it's confusing for a first-time pickup. The kid was very polite when he called me, ended up calling twice cause he couldn't find me! Please put more signage up so first timers know where to go. Other than that pickup was great!"
"I needed new tires. I made a appointment the night before, which the girl on the phone said that they were completely open all day. I made my appointment for two tires to be installed at 10 am. I arrived at 9:45, which they didn't pull my car in until about 10:45. I thought you made appointments to get your car done quicker? Also, the girl at the counter wasn't necessarily rude, but she wasn't friendly either. If it wasn't for the prices being unbeatable, I wouldn't come back. But for real you can't find a better deal on new tires. So if your willing to wait longer than they say, then it's worth it. Otherwise, go elsewhere."
