"Went to Walgreens at 20th and Rangeline in Joplin. My mom and I were buying some vitamins. I placed my moms on the counter and paid for them. Before the transaction was completed the clerk was yelling at another employee that was helping another customer to hurry and get over there because she was done and we had another order. As she completed moms order I placed my vitamins around the barrier and she grabbed her stool and walked away. The other employee was still tied up with the other customer. No one to check me out! Needless to say I left my vitamins and will no longer ever step foot in their door because I must be a nuisance!"
"This is my second time dealing with Sabrina at the pharmacy. She was absolutely horrible both times. She is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I understand they are busy, however that doesn’t give her the right to be so heinous to customers. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years, and retail and restaurant service before that. I have been in highly stressful situations countless times. I have NEVER treated people as poorly as she did to us. She needs to be counseled ASAP."
"I wanted more information regarding why my insurance wouldn’t pay for a prescription. Misha the pharmacy tech told me she could call my insurance for more information but it could take an hour or hour and a half. No attempt was made to see if they could get a call through through sooner. Her demeanor was curt and not helpful. I called the pharmacist and explained the situation that I had, just coming from surgery and had a bad experience with customer service. No attempt was made to keep me as a customer. Although I did receive a coupon for a reduced price, it didn’t run through my benefits. So I’m now a Walmart Neighborhood customer!"
