"Not even 1 star. Cockroaches! Dirty dresser drawers even brown water in one of them. Some idiot painted the inside of the bathtub with houseplants! It's all peeling off. Had to go buy steel wool to try to scratch it all off in order to use it. The bathroom floor and dressing area floor is filthy. The tiny fridge is lopsided. The tv didnt work and some of the other tenants are on drugs and drunks who ask for hand outs daily. Big mistake. I'll never come here again!!"
"So Far So Good it dont have a good view of the lake but you can see it the rooms are older but its clean and the bed is comfy"
"Me and my family stayed there for about 6 months and we had to change rooms 3 times the health department came in and condemned one room because water was somehow coming down the walls which was causing mold. They moved us to another room next door you could sit there and watch water run down the walls like it was raining so of course there was mold in that rooms also. The cockroaches were horrible we couldn't get rid of them. The manager and the owner would not do anything to try to fix it. There's dog poop everywhere it's so bad you can smell it all the way in the back. The heaters don't work so they go out and buy small space heaters which doesn't warm the room. The cops are there constantly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we call it taneycomo motor dump. I wouldn't even give it half a star. We ended up having to move out of there into a better place. They overcharge people on their rent. The water bill was so high the city turned it off for 2 days. I don't really want to put any stars but I have too so I'm giving it 1 star only because I have too put a star in order to post it."
"They have new owners and they are fix In it up pretty good all their rooms are kitchenettes for long term stays they have like seven rooms that are regular motel rooms for short term stays real nice owners .they keep their rooms clean and they like to keep it quite and most of all their rates are very affordable"
"If the perm tenants wouldn't let their dogs poop all over the place, I would have given it four stars. They do have some plumbing issues as well. But the staff there do a great job in trying to keep the place up."
