"We have some issues with our room but it was resolved quickly by Ms. Donna Barnes, excellent service and friendly staff! We celebrated me and my daughter's birthday, they surprised my daughter with balloons, a greeting card and freshly baked cookies, she was so happy. We reserved a 3 bed 2 bath villa, it is a big room with a full kitchen and laundry, our family was so comfortable. We barbecued, enjoyed their indoor pool, sauna and kids love their arcade. If you're visiting Branson, we highly recommend this resort, you will truly have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"Dust all over the bedroom furniture. I had to move the TV to one side of the dresser and there was dust even under the TV. The bathroom sink had some black marks which could have been removed with a little rubbing alcohol. The Main bathroom had a toilet that ran constantly. The first technician was in shirt to get out of our room. He put a temporary fix on it. I pointed out the disgusting iron and calcium deposits on the toilet which proved this was an ongoing problem. But as I mentioned the long-haired tech was not about to fix the toilet properly and it started running again. I complained the next day about the toilet BUT this new technician was GREAT. His name was Aaron. Very polite, eager to fix the problem and knew EXACTLY what the toilets problem was! He was my favorite employee. The toilet bowl never got cleaned properly. I have photos. This whirlpool tub had pink mold on most of the jets.I have photos. I complained about the sign which tells you which way to enter the Check-in canopy. I told the employee that the sign should be in front of the STOP sign not after it. I told them no one told us the check in was at a different building. When we checked out Myra or Myrna was the not very receptive to my complaints even though she asked if the stay was to our expectations. I said no. And her snotty attitude changed. Instead of asking what the problems were to pass the information along to the cleaning company, she debated with me that I was the only one who has complained about the sign. She also did not take an interest in being proactive with all the unclean items I relayed to her. I had photos, but she did not make an effort to even look at them. Now this Myra/Myrna was the worst employee I encountered. The least she could of done was ACTED like she cared but she showed her true colors. Myra/Myrna was nasty. I travel for business a lot: 5-7 days a month. I know that a whirlpool tub should not have mold on it. If this employee Myrna or Myra had a good work ethic she would have written down the sanitary conditions of the room, but no! She could not be bothered. This is why I am writing this review. Employees who don’t care about a paying customer’s concerns doesn’t sit right with me. It’s not only rude but disrespectful to a paying guest."

"Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. It was comfortable for four of us to stay in this week. There was a list of activities available to us, but we found things to do on our own."

The accommodations were as luxurious as a captain's quarters, with comforts fit for a sea king. The view of the mountains was as breathtaking as a sunrise over the open sea. The facilities, including pools and lounges, were as inviting as a calm lagoon. The crew, always ready to assist, were as helpful as a trusty first mate during a tricky maneuver. The atmosphere was serene, a perfect escape from the tumult of the high seas. For its splendid setting and top-notch amenities, Club Wyndham Mountain Vista gets a hearty five parrots out of five from this land-loving pirate!"

"Had an issue checking in, but Tiffany and her team were a great help! The room is nice. No housekeeping. Tub has seen better days, so I did not use it. The stackable washer and dryer were a big plus!"
